A company is looking for a Rep 1, Customer Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product requests
Process customer returns and resolve disputed billing charges in collaboration with the Medical Billing department
Communicate with customers via digital channels and maintain a positive work atmosphere
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of medical industry or call center / customer service experience
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, or other database software
Intermediate math skills for calculating figures such as discounts and percentages
Ability to interpret medical publications and technical procedures
