The Opportunity : Sephora is looking for an Assistant Manager to support Sephora’s brand-dedicated influencer campaigns and strategic social-led content initiatives. This role will be responsible for the orchestration of Sephora’s sponsored influencer campaigns and program initiatives to bring Sephora’s key marketing and brand priorities in a meaningful and engaging way on and off Sephora’s channels.

Responsibilities :

• Campaign Management : Ongoing communication with Brand Marketing team and agency partners to facilitate monthly campaign prioritization, handoff, and execution to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of Sephora’s brand dedicated influencer campaign track.
• Influencer Program Engagement & Innovation : Manage Sephora branded campaigns, Strategic Initiatives and Alumni program initiatives, from start to finish including briefing, managing timelines, day-to-day communication, content reviews, and reporting.
