Extruder Operator Lead

Duties / Responsibilities :

Manage, direct and coordinate all activities related to a

production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining

quality.

• Coordinates

with Department Manager to ensure daily production requirements are achieved.

assigning & directing work to employees

complaints & resolves problems

production data is gathered and reported correctly daily.

improves Quality initiatives designed to meet plant goals.

programs are implemented effectively, reviewed regularly and revised as

necessary as well as committing safety procedures set in place for the plant

associates meet GMP and dress code requirements.

GMPs and SQF compliance are required.

computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Education

and Experience :

High School Diploma degree preferred

2+ years of plastics manufacturing experience

preferred

Supervisory experience preferred.
