Job Description
- Maintain safety, quality, and manufacturing standards in accordance with internal and external expectations.
- Troubleshoot control system problems and implement short- and long-term corrective actions.
- Integrate control systems to measure and / or improve performance.
- Create and maintain controller programs (i.e., PLC, Computer, HMI, VFD).
- Develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for control systems.
- Maintain electrical and control drawings and schematics.
- Utilize a collaborative, synchronous approach to project implementation.
- Participate in formal problem-solving activities, including addressing customer complaints and continual improvement projects.
- Provide controls support and troubleshooting training to maintenance staff.
