Job Description : Battaglia Industries Inc. is seeking skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing HVAC service department.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems. You'll diagnose system issues, replace malfunctioning components, and install new units with precision and care.

We're looking for technicians who are professional, customer-focused, and committed to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
  • Repair or replace faulty components
  • Install new HVAC systems to specification
  • Provide routine maintenance and inspections
  • Communicate clearly with clients about system performance and maintenance best practices
  • Work independently while maintaining efficiency and quality
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards

The Ideal Candidate Will :

  • Have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Be experienced with a variety of tools and techniques
  • Be able to work independently and efficiently
  • Be adaptable and willing to learn new equipment and systems
  • Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
  • Confidently answer customer questions and explain system operations
  • Always prioritize safety and follow all applicable safety regulations

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Completion of HVAC trade school or at least 3 years of field experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and repair techniques
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license
