Location

This position will be based in Charlotte, NC.

Summary of Role

In this role, you'll be part of the nexus between legal operations, corporate governance, and corporate finance—working cross-functionally with internal teams and externally with partners and investors. Responsibilities will include tracking the progress of transaction documents, maintaining corporate records and supporting a collaborative deal team. You'll be empowered to innovate, create and streamline processes, and shape the future of Palmetto LightReach. Strategic & Tactical

• Coordinate deliverables for financing and investment transactions
• Maintain corporate documents, including Board resolutions
• Oversee company registrations and coordinate annual reporting (with external support)
• Support investor and lender relationships, including delivery of Know Your Customer and reporting materials
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency in repeated similar transactions
• Build strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
