job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide technical support to internal and external clients for a variety of products and services Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to Windows OS, software, hardware, and network connectivity Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in ticketing systems Engage with customers effectively to convey confidence and support Adapt to changing work environments while multitasking and organizing tasks efficiently Must be 18 years of age or older Current college student enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours and actively attending classes in an AS or BS program Completion of at least 30 credit hours Must be in good academic standing with an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and convert to full-time within 1 year of part-time employment Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently with customers Experience in multitasking and organizing in a fast-paced environment
