Key Responsibilities
Lead international commercial strategy across various global markets

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in beauty or premium consumer goods
Deep understanding of global retail landscapes, especially in APAC and / or EMEA
Proven success in exceeding sales goals and scaling operations internationally
Strong financial acumen for managing budgets and building forecasts
