Houston Immigration law firm is seeking a full-time or part time attorney to join our team. Qualified candidates should have minimum of 1-2 years of family-based immigration experience. Candidate must be organized, hard-working, responsible, reliable, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to working within a team.

Responsibilities :

All matters pertaining to Immigration law, including but not limited to :

• Develop and implement case strategy;
• Prepare and file adjustment of status and, immigrant visa applications, naturalization applications, waivers, VAWA petitions, RFE / NOID responses and FOIA requests;
• Research immigration law and procedures;
• Represent clients and
• attend field office interviews.

Qualifications and requirements :

Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred;

Minimum 1-2 years of family-based immigration; Asylum and removal of defense; business immigration experience is a plus;

solving skills, collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with a supportive team.
