Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day process of omnichannel planning and buying for clients, including retail media and non‑retail national media channels.
- Collaborate across Agency teams—Account Leadership, Commerce Intelligence, Creative, and Ecommerce—and with the interagency team (IAT) for client relationships.
- Motivate, train, and supervise junior media team members.
- Assist in implementation of department and agency policies and maintain fiscal responsibility for client media budgets.
- Lead media‑specific client activity from communication through program results.
- Oversee client budget maintenance and ensure zero‑defect completion of all media budget documents.
- Develop and write media plans, coach planners and assistants, and present plans to the Media Director, Account Services, or client for approval.
- Develop processes for strategic and tactical execution of all media products and ensure projects are produced efficiently.
Qualifications
Self‑starter with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Experience in media analytics and connection of media to sales; data analysis skills.Familiarity with ad serving and media research tools and platform tools such as programmatic DSPs.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Excellent organizational skills—manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced deadline‑driven environment.A passionate teacher who enjoys educating others.Experience working with media platforms and tools is desirable.Travel up to 4 times per year.Benefits
