• : PivotTables, formulas, macros / VBA, connecting to external databases for

reporting.

• Forms & Data Collection Tools
• Microsoft Forms & Canvas / Power Apps
• : Ability to design interactive forms, collect data from

multiple users, handle attachments, and integrate with SQL / Power BI.

• Adobe Forms
• : Optional experience, as replacement for Wufoo.
• Process Automation
• : Experience using Power Automate or equivalent to automate data flows

from forms to databases or dashboards.

• : Debugging slow or failing systems, tracking down data issues

across multiple sources.

• 3. Communication & Collaboration Skills
• Work closely with multiple departments : Operations, Accounting, Properties, TSA, Concessions,

CMMS, Airside, IT, and external vendors.

• Ability to explain technical solutions in non-technical language to end-users.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for system implementation.

4. Security & Compliance Awareness

• Understanding of restricted or sensitive data handling (airport security, TSA data)

5. Additional Desirable Skills

• Scripting / Automation
• : Python, PowerShell, or similar for automating data processes.
• Project Management Experience
• : Experience with Jira / other ticketing systems for tracking

implementation tasks.

• Change Management / Training
• : Ability to train staff on new systems and ensure adoption.
