Associate Recruiter Responsibilities :

• Review and screen resumes for open positions across departments
• Use LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to attract top talent
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone interviews
• Draft job descriptions, manage the ATS, and prep offer letters
• Grow into working directly with hiring managers and leading your own searches
