Currently, we have an Escrow Assistant opportunity with the nation's leading provider of title insurance and transaction services , known for financial strength, stability, and a culture of innovation. Escrow Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

Prior to Closing :

• Ordering payoffs and final utilities for files and verifying that payoffs match title commitments.
• Handling all file requirements prior to closing, including liens, judgments, and bankruptcy requirements.
• Obtaining past and present tax information and ensuring current taxes have not been paid.
• Ordering and following up on HOA letters, bylaws, financials, and irrigation.
• Obtaining commission information for real estate agents involved in the transaction.
• Disbursing files and verifying receipt and accuracy of wires.

Pay Rate : $26.59 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
