Client Services Associate

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Triage and answer inbound communication via phone, chat, e-fax, email, and portal messages

Provide ordering support and outreach to customers regarding ordering issues and missing information

Create and qualify new accounts and assist customers with portal login and contact management issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certificate

Minimum of two years of experience in Client Services, preferably in healthcare

Technology proficiency including Mac and Apple products, Google suite, and CRM systems

Experience with customer communication tools like Salesforce and 8x8 or Vonage
