In this hybrid role, you'll wear multiple hats : greeting patients with a smile at the front desk, guiding them through their treatment journey, and ensuring the entire office runs like a well-oiled (but very friendly) machine.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk Coordination :
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression (you set the tone!).
- Manage phones, emails, and scheduling with ease and professionalism.
- Maintain a calm, collected front desk environment — even when it gets busy.
- Collect and verify insurance and patient information.
Treatment Coordination :
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and financial options.Present treatment estimates and help patients make informed decisions.Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance and scheduling.Operations Management :
Oversee daily office operations and coordinate with all team members.Ensure systems are followed, and help implement new ones where needed.Monitor office supplies, patient flow, and administrative tasks.Support leadership with staff scheduling, reporting, and goal tracking.What We’re Looking For :
2+ years of experience in a dental office (front desk or treatment coordination preferred).Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance.Natural leader with excellent communication and multitasking skills.Compassionate, professional, and always ready to help.
