Key Responsibilities
Analyze property titles and related documentation to assess the legal viability of installing telecommunications towers
Support the preparation of risk assessments on property titles, mortgages, easements, and restrictive conditions
Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations to provide legal opinions and draft documentation
Required Qualifications
University degree in Law (Bachelor's in Law or equivalent)
0 to 2 years of experience in real estate, contracts, and negotiations
Experience in the wireless industry and knowledge of leasing legislation is a plus
Knowledge in Real Estate Law or Contract Law
Valid license to practice law in Honduras (essential requirement)
