Looking for a cook to work TUESDAY- SATURDAY with at least 3 years of experience in tasting menu / fine dining. Culinary degree is not a must but MUST have eligibility to work in the States. The final offer will be dependent on experience.
The cuisine is high end so being a quick learner with sharp culinary skills is needed. Work directly with Chef Nahid who has a vast resume including El Buli, Fat Duck, and Cafe Grey. It is a small team so being able to participate in multiple tasks and being a team player is a must.
