We’re looking to hire a Sr. Producer, Production Manager for a hybrid role based in Burbank, California. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity with the potential to extend.

Join the Creative Marketing Production Team at a leading entertainment and information provider to lead Creative Marketing Production shoots and projects from pre-production through delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary communication bridge between internal teams, key stakeholders, and external vendors.

Sr. Producer, Production Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of production—pre-production planning, on-set execution, and delivery—with budgets primarily $300K+.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, show production, photo, creative, design, finance, and legal.
• Partner with the Director, Production to review vendor budgets and lead vendor and production company negotiations.
• Track, manage, and report on above- and below-the-line labor and all production costs.
• Ensure compliance with company production protocols, including insurance, rights / clearances, performer / location releases, guild and union agreements, and labor and minor work requirements.
