Job Description :
HallKeen is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the Director of Human Resources in developing, implementing, and coordinating HR policies and programs across all company locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of HR practices, benefit administration, and accounting skills to ensure compliance and efficiency in our operations.

Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience of five years; minimum of three years in HR role. Strong accounting skills, including GL reconciliation and payroll support. Experience managing employee benefits, 401(k), and leave of absence programs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Experience with conflict resolution and supporting organizational change.
