HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the Corporate Services HR business partner on projects, programs, and reporting in support of the business. This position is ideal for professionals early in their career who are eager to build their career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will have strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and analyze data using Excel and HR analytics tools to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
• Track and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Program management for annual HR programs such as talent review, compensation planning, annual engagement surveys, and other programs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint for HR meetings.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Develop and maintain project plans for HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and programs.
• Some coordination and administrative work as required.
