We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the Webster, Massachusetts area. In this role, you will play a critical part in administering employee benefits, compliance, and HR processes while supporting company-wide initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the scientific instrument manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities :
- Medical Insurance Enrollment
- Disability Enrollment / Beneficiary
- Maintains Changes with Employees :
- Insurance Information
- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system
- Update Affirmative Action Plan (Applicants, New Hires, Terminations, Promotions)
- Maintains Changes with Employees :
- Insurance Information
- Ensures proper payroll deductions
- Benefit Duties as needed
- Processes Disability Claims for employees when needed
- Processes FMLA for employees when needed
- Respond to PFML requests
- Benefit termination when applicable
- Invoice employees on leave in timely manner
- Yearly Medical Insurance Renewal (April)
- Some recruiting experience
- Employee relations

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with manufacturing industry experience considered a plus.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong reporting skills. ADP WFN is a must have!Knowledge of HR policies, compliance guidelines, and payroll systems. Excellent employee relations too!Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ADP Workforce Now.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.For immediate consideration Please reach out to me asap.
