Jr. Material Planner

Johnson Service Group an award-winning staffing company is looking for a Jr Material Planner with 1 years’ experience working an manufacturing area. Someone with a broad range of responsibilities that help facilitate the continuing flow of production work through the company. Performing the tasks related to production regarding materials entering and leaving the production facility daily, Shipping and Receiving. Material Planner has tasks that range from inspection to daily transactions. The position is also responsible for the timely inspection and acceptance of materials to the shipping of material. This is a Temp-Direct job in Sun Valley, CA for an Electronics company.

Pay Rate : $19.00 HR

Material Planner Has The Following Responsibilities / authorities

• Facilitate operations regarding inventory
• Receives materials in a timely fashion
• Inspects materials as directed
• Verifies materials received against purchase orders
• Reports and logs all received materials.
• Coordinates with Purchasing Manager the return material authorizations (RMAs)
• Monitors non-conforming materials
• Monitors parts on shortage reports and prioritizing their receiving to stockroom
• Ships product on designated dates including preparing shipments to customer's specifications

Perform stockroom duties and kitting of work orders
