Contract Opportunity : Manhattan Project Manager

Location : Onsite in Waukegan, IL

Duration : Contract

Pay : $50–73 / hr W2 + benefits

York Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing and distribution company seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in supply chain and warehouse management systems (WMS). This individual will lead two high-impact projects supporting a large enterprise WMS implementation, driving successful delivery across U.S. and international sites.

In this role, you will :

  • Lead implementation of a parcel manifesting system and warehouse automation solution across global operations.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Partner closely with software vendors and consulting teams to coordinate design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between business leaders, IT, and external partners to maintain program alignment.
  • Support enterprise-wide governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications :

  • Proven success leading large-scale, global programs within supply chain or logistics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendor and consulting partner relationships.
  • Knowledge of ProShip, Korber (HighJump), or Manhattan WMS is a plus.
  • Background in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred.
