Todd J. Hollis Law Inc., a highly respected civil rights law firm in Turtle Creek, PA, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. Key Responsibilities

You will be an important member of our trial team. One of your primary roles will be to assist the senior attorney in trial in the following capacities :

  • Collaborate with senior attorney and legal team on complex civil litigation matters
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
  • Prepare, draft, and argue Motions and Responses including Summary Judgment Oppositions, Motions in Limine, and Reply Motions
  • Argue legal issues prior to and during trial

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license
  • Civil litigation & courtroom experience
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
