Key Responsibilities
You will be an important member of our trial team. One of your primary roles will be to assist the senior attorney in trial in the following capacities :
- Collaborate with senior attorney and legal team on complex civil litigation matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Prepare, draft, and argue Motions and Responses including Summary Judgment Oppositions, Motions in Limine, and Reply Motions
- Argue legal issues prior to and during trial
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Pennsylvania Bar licenseCivil litigation & courtroom experienceStrong research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsProfessional Attributes
Strong Legal Research & Writing Skills : Ability to analyze complex legal issues and draft clear, persuasive legal documentsCourtroom Confidence : Comfortable appearing in court, arguing motions, and representing clients with professionalismAttention to Detail : Precision in reviewing case files, legal documents, and evidenceCommitment to Excellence : Willing to go the extra mile to achieve excellenceTime Management : Capable of handling multiple cases and deadlines efficientlyAdaptability : Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving case strategiesPersonal & Ethical Qualities
