Director of Data Governance

A company is looking for a Director of Data Governance Stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

Implement enterprise-wide Data Stewardship programs aligned with the Data Governance Framework

Ensure business rules, data definitions, and critical assets are captured and maintained within the Data Governance Platform

Drive training programs to improve awareness and usage of certified data assets and foster a culture of data governance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline

Minimum of 5+ years leading or managing business units / teams

Minimum of 10+ years of business analyst work experience

Proven track record of establishing Data Stewardship processes and policies

Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
