2–3 years : $29.89 / hr

4–5 years : $31.12 / hr

6–7 years : $32.36 / hr

9–10+ years : $33.59 / hr

16+ years : $36.95 / hr

Shift Differential : $3.25 / hr (Nights)

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights)

Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing all respiratory care-related duties, including administering complex respiratory therapy procedures and managing acute care ventilators for patients across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all respiratory therapy procedures and ventilator management.

Operate acute care ventilators for mechanical ventilation.

Maintain accurate department records and ensure proper data entry.

Function independently in the absence of a Team Leader.

Qualifications

1+ years of recent acute care RRT experience required .

Must hold (or be eligible for) a Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist license .

CRT experience not considered.
