Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager . This role will oversee all aspects of program setup, including technology implementation, process development, and stakeholder coordination. This role is fully onsite in Columbia, SC and a 12 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project planning, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.
- Oversee communication, reporting, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support procurement, contract management, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree and experience managing large, complex projects.20+ years of experience implementing South Carolina environmental programs.Knowledge of project management principles, state procurement, and fiscal policies.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience managing statewide or enterprise-level initiatives.Strong reporting, data analysis, and leadership skills.Soft Skills :
