Position Summary
The Director of Creative Automation & Asset Strategy will lead the evolution of how we produce, manage, and scale creative content at Sam’s Club. This role is rooted in automation—designing and implementing systems that streamline creative production and enable personalization at scale. But it also recognizes that automation is only as powerful as the assets it draws from. That’s why this leader will also oversee the strategy and operations behind our creative asset libraries, ensuring they are structured, accessible, and optimized for automated workflows.
This is a hybrid role for a systems thinker who understands both the creative process and the infrastructure that supports it. You’ll partner closely with external agencies and internal teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and brand consistency across every touchpoint.
