Our client is seeking an MDM (Mobile Device Management) Business System Analyst for a one-year contract opportunity with our client in New Carrollton, MD; this position is onsite daily. Please apply to today if interested!

Pay rate range : $50-$55hr w2

Location : New Carrollton, MD (metro access)

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, or systems administration, with direct exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., IBM MaaS360, Intune, AirWatch, or similar).

Ability to document, analyze, and improve workflows; experience creating process maps, requirements documentation, and user guides.

Familiarity with enterprise mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows), asset management, and compliance monitoring.

Ability to troubleshoot customer problems and the ability to provide training.

Experience working with carrier service providers (e.g., ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile) for provisioning, escalations, and troubleshooting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; strong customer service orientation; willingness to pursue relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Mobility+).

Responsibilities :

Candidate will liaison with internal and external project teams to identify prospective suppliers and maintain spreadsheets of all activities. Work with

Engineering / Infrastructure / Operations / Project Management teams to identify suppliers of goods and services and the needed equipment.

Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods. Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
