The Opportunity :
As a Client Partner Sales at Improzo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and delivering transformative solutions to leading biopharma clients across North East and / or Mid-West area. You will leverage your extensive industry expertise to architect and implement strategic solutions that directly impact our clients' commercial and R D objectives, driving measurable value and fostering long-term partnerships. What You'll Do :
Business Development Growth :
Drive significant new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within the NY / NJ / Philly biopharma ecosystem.
- Lead proposal development, articulate Improzo's value proposition, and present compelling solutions to prospective clients.
- Contribute to market research, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives to strengthen Improzo's brand presence.
Consultative Leadership Delivery :
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (C-suite and VPs) at top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech companies, guiding them through technology transformation and innovation initiatives.
Lead and manage complex client engagements from strategy development through implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables, on-time execution, and client satisfaction.Oversee comprehensive projects spanning commercial excellence, patient-centric solutions, omnichannel strategy, digital analytics, and CRM transformations (including Veeva and Salesforce platforms)Strategic Tactical Innovation :
Apply a design-led thinking approach to develop impactful customer journeys across diverse personas, ensuring success for both customers and patients.
Leverage expertise in real-world evidence (RWE), data science, and advanced analytics to help organizations derive actionable insights.Contribute to the continuous development of Improzo's service offerings and intellectual property, staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies.Team Leadership Mentorship :
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and career development within Improzo.
What You'll Bring :
15+ years of progressive experience in life sciences consulting, with a significant focus on the biopharma sector.Proven expertise in data, analytics, Information mabagement, real-world evidence (RWE), and commercial technology enablement (CRM, Omnichannel).Demonstrated track record of selling and closing leading large-scale strategic and technological transformation programs for Fortune 500, mid-sized, and digital health startup clients across the US and EuropeDeep understanding of key business functions such as HEOR, Commercial Operations, and Data Science.Passion for solving complex, real-world healthcare challenges through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.Ability to travel as required to meet client needs.Why Join Improzo?
