Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
Conduct test drives to highlight features and performance.
Present financing and leasing options clearly and professionally.
Negotiate pricing and terms within dealership guidelines.
Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups, referrals, and repeat business.
Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Complete accurate sales paperwork and collaborate with finance / service teams.
Strong communication and customer service skills .
Driven, motivated, and team-oriented personality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Sales experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train you!
