About this Role :

Our QFS Team ensures that our food is not only delicious but most importantly safe to eat. The Quality, Food Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring food produced by the facility meets the company’s high quality and safety standards. You will manage the front-line QFS Team including Sanitation and foster relationships between the Production, Warehouse, Menu, and HR Teams.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead teams of Quality Technicians and Sanitation Technicians. Ensure the plant is adhering to standards.

Oversee hiring, training, and development opportunities

Schedule the weekly EMP samples, and finished products samples, and ensure they are sent to the lab

Delivery of plant-wide food safety training to the front-line team

Who you are :

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 per year. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for company performance-based bonuses and equity.
