Associate Attorney | Tax Credits

We are currently seeking a qualified associate with 3-6 years of experience to join a firm in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will work on various tax credit and community development related projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent developer, syndicator, and / or direct investor clients in tax credit or community development related transactions.
• Handle transactions involving Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, and energy-related tax credits.
• Participate in non-tax credit related community development and real estate projects.

Base Pay Range

$175,000.00 / yr - $275,000.00 / yr

Salary $175,000 - $275,000 per year.
