As a Cabinet Installer with us you play a crucial role in the final stages of bringing our meticulously crafted cabinets and woodworking projects to life. You are responsible for ensuring that the finished product is installed with precision, aligning with the client's vision and design specifications.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Installation : Professionally and accurately install custom cabinets, fixtures, and woodwork in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.

Preparation : Prepare the installation area, including measuring, leveling, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

Detailed Finishing : Apply finishing touches, such as hardware, molding, and other accessories, to complete the installation.

Quality Control : Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the installed cabinets meet the specified standards of quality, including alignment, functionality, and overall appearance.

Problem Solving : Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process, finding creative solutions to ensure a successful outcome.

Customer Interaction : Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Safety : Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize accidents and enhance productivity.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, such as designers, project managers, and fellow installers, to coordinate installations effectively.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Cabinet Installer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful cabinet installations.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to cabinet installation.

Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and principles, including measuring, leveling, and making precise adjustments.

Ability to read and interpret installation plans and design specifications.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various installation challenges.

Good communication skills, both with clients and team members, to ensure a smooth and professional installation process.

Strong work ethic and a passion for woodworking and cabinetry.

Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
