We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will play a vital part in the communication bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Job : Full time

Pay Range : $950 - $1200 weekly

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer inquiries and resolve issues
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems and complaints
• Maintain customer records and update account information accurately
• Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary
• Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their experience
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
