Key Responsibilities
Lead the Paid Social team to drive performance across the brand portfolio
Develop and implement paid social media acquisition strategies, including planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns
Monitor media spend and performance, optimizing campaigns based on data analysis and KPI tracking
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in paid social media planning and execution
Experience leading a team and implementing systems for team growth
Expert understanding of Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest Ads marketing channels
Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
Advanced analytical skills focused on ROI and ROAS metrics
