This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) consulting practice, driving business growth, and delivering transformative solutions for our clients. The role demands deep domain expertise, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in solving complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities : Client Leadership & Business Growth Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders in the CPG industry. Drive business development through domain-led consulting, solutioning, and proposals. Build and expand client relationships to identify new opportunities and partnerships. Domain & Strategy Expertise Leverage in-depth understanding of CPG trends, including retail transformation, e-commerce acceleration, digital supply chain, sustainability, and changing consumer behaviors. Guide clients in shaping their digital and operational transformation strategies. Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, industry POVs, and client workshops. Delivery Excellence Oversee consulting engagements ensuring high-quality, impactful outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams (analytics, technology, operations) to design and deliver integrated solutions. Mentor and develop consulting teams to build CPG domain expertise. Required Skills & Experience : Industry Expertise : 12–18 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector, with at least 6+ years in consulting. Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of areas such as category management, trade promotions, supply chain optimization, route-to-market, e-commerce, and digital marketing. Consulting Experience : Proven track record of leading client engagements, business transformation programs, and large consulting teams. Business Acumen : Strong commercial orientation with the ability to build, scale, and grow client accounts. Leadership Skills : Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at the executive level. Education : MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputed institution preferred. Pay : The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $180,000 - $276,000 . In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits : As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
