IT Support Coordinator

Overview

IT Support Coordinator at MTU Maintenance Fort Worth. We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled IT Support Coordinator to oversee and manage our central Helpdesk operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, coordinate local external field service teams, support IT operations in the TestCell environment, and be responsible for maintaining and supporting video conferencing systems in meeting rooms.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Coordinate the central Helpdesk to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking, service requests, and reporting.
• Manage and coordinate local external field service providers to support on-site IT needs.
• Provide IT support in the TestCell environment, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Maintain and support video conferencing systems in all meeting rooms, ensuring seamless communication experiences.
