Job Description
Professional sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. Partners with the GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from multiple channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Ability to direct drivers for timely and accurate deliveries. This is a full-time role.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years in automotive parts, proven sales ability, and team leadership experience.
Education
High school diploma or GED.
Certificates and Licenses
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Primarily walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Must have good vision and physical ability to perform tasks.
Work Environment
Mostly indoor work; occasional outdoor exposure to weather, mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Moderate noise level.
Position is eligible for sales commission based on performance.
