Key responsibilities include : \n
• Implementing patient care plans including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.\n
• Documenting patient care accurately.\n
• Monitoring and communicating patient conditions with care teams, families, and physicians.\n
• Assisting patients with daily activities such as personal hygiene and nutrition.\n
• Coordinating care across disciplines and supporting patient transitions.\n
• Offering patient and family education emphasizing individual needs.\n
• Advocating for the well-being of patients emotionally and physically.\n\nRequired Skills\n
• Strong critical thinking abilities.\n
• Decisive judgment and capability to work independently.\n
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nEducation : \n
• Associate's degree required\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of hire.\n\nLicense : \n
