A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale their pre-sales engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
Build and scale the Solutions Engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and effective customer storytelling
Partner with Sales Leadership to develop strategies for key accounts and enterprise prospects
Design and oversee training, career frameworks, and scalable processes for pre-sales engagements
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering, with 5+ in leadership roles
Proven success in building and scaling teams in high-growth SaaS environments
Track record of winning large strategic deals through technical depth and creativity
Ability to operate hands-on while guiding C-suite strategy sessions
Experience in process design and team development
