Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities to meet customer delivery and quality requirements.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and coordination of assembly operations.
- Ensure timely and efficient assembly, testing, and dispatch of products.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen and Lean initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support cross-functional process changes that improve overall production performance.
- Assess skill gaps and deliver training to upskill and empower production teams.
- Promote strong 5S practices and a "Safety First" culture across all work areas.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure machinery and tools are in top condition.
- Maintain accurate records for manufacturing, testing, and dispatch as per QMS standards.
- Support audits and ensure documentation discipline across the production floor.
- On-time completion of production schedules.
- High first-pass yield and quality performance.
- Equipment uptime and maintenance compliance.
- Implementation of improvement initiatives (Kaizens, 5S, Lean projects).
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a senior production or manufacturing leadership role.Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, machining, welding, or heavy equipment manufacturing.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage complex production schedules.Familiarity with QMS, ISO, OHSAS, 5S, and Kaizen systems.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on approach and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.What We Offer
