What You'll Do

As the Manager of Materials, Planning & Logistics, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring every product and part gets where it needs to be on time, every time. You will :

• Own product launch logistics manage all material and supply chain aspects of new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Champion maintenance readiness collaborate with engineering to plan preventive maintenance and keep assets running at peak performance.
• Be the voice of the customer oversee customer portals, uphold all logistics requirements, and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Deliver with precision monitor delivery performance, follow up on requirements, and ensure service part orders are scheduled, produced, and shipped flawlessly.
• Lead continuous improvement drive cross-functional initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and optimized material flow to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance & safety uphold OSHA standards, PPE requirements, and promote a safety-first culture.
• Drive financial discipline manage departmental budgeting and optimize resources for maximum impact.
• Inspire collaboration lead and mentor teams while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to achieve operational excellence.
