Key Responsibilities
Establishes and governs commercial process strategies to enhance scalability and efficiency
Leads the development and improvement of core sales processes, ensuring alignment across teams
Utilizes data insights to inform process enhancements and supports decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Process Optimization
Proven success in designing and scaling sales-related processes for high-growth strategies
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification or similar credentials preferred
