People Architects is excited to partner with a fast-growing ecommerce firm to find their new Affiliate Talent Manager; a dynamic, connected, and resourceful relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments!
In this role you will work directly alongside the CEO as her strategic right hand, managing a roster of influential creators, partners, and celebrity talent. Your mission : anticipate needs, strengthen relationships, bring creative ideas to the table, and ensure every partnership drives brand visibility, authenticity, and growth.
This is not a traditional talent agent role, it’s part relationship architect, part strategist, and part brand connector. You’ll be in the rooms, at the dinners, and behind the scenes helping the CEO navigate key relationships, prioritize opportunities, and execute flawlessly.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison for high-profile talent and influencer partners, ensuring seamless communication, strong alignment, and flawless follow-through.
- Partner closely with the CEO to prioritize opportunities, manage outreach, and guide strategic conversations with top-tier talent and agencies.
- Manage influencer partnerships across multiple consumer brands, from contract negotiation to campaign execution.
- Coordinate with the company’s creative and social partners to ensure all campaigns deliver on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Anticipate needs, provide solutions, and bring ideas before anyone has to ask for them.
- Support travel and event activations, from influencer dinners to brand launches; ensuring experiences run smoothly and relationships stay strong.
- Track KPIs including ROI, engagement, and campaign effectiveness to guide future strategy.
- Represent the brand with presence, polish, and professionalism in every interaction.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years in influencer, talent, or partnership management, ideally with exposure to influencer or celebrity talent.A networker by nature, confident, sharp, and quick-thinking under pressure.Proven experience managing high-profile relationships with discretion and diplomacy.Skilled negotiator who can balance brand goals with talent expectations.Excellent communication and organizational skills; you keep people, projects, and priorities aligned.Comfortable in dynamic, highly social environments; flexible with hours and travel.Highly professional presence with an ability to command trust and credibility in the room.Onsite in Newport Beach, CA, with travel up to 50%.Why This Role
