This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
We are seeking a Senior Group Manager to lead downstream marketing for our core PAD product catalog, which includes balloons, specialty balloons, atherectomy devices, and procedural support tools. This individual will develop the global marketing strategy, implement effective downstream initiatives, and influence key opinion leaders. Additionally, the leader will guide a team to maintain our leadership presence, strengthen customer relationships, manage product line health, and drive product preference for our portfolio of PAD products.
Position responsibilities :
Lead the downstream marketing functions to drive growth over the next 5 years
Develop a strong team of downstream marketers who are innovative, inclusive, execution oriented, and experts in their product categories
Create and implement a cohesive annual marketing plan in partnership with the field, regional teams and cross-functional partners.
Understand markets and market trends, lead long term strategic planning; Provide downstream insights for quarterly investor relations and market analytics summaries.
Work with finance and sales to set AOP targets across US product lines
Foster and develop positive relationships with customers and external partners to support therapy acceptance and safe and effective use of Medtronic products
Align with regional commercial leaders to identify, prioritize and execute on global growth initiatives and marketing strategies
Manage global expansion recommendations and launch execution
Develop and implement operating plans required to support product and program launches and achieve desired financial results
Gain alignment with leaders, including VP & General Manager, Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership and Cross-Functional Leadership on strategy and action plans
Drive rigorous prioritization and manage to marketing budget and margin targets.
Support the team in creating new product launch plans, including product pricing, channel, messaging and segmentation strategies.
Ensure strong alignment and competitive planning process for hospital, ASCs and office-based labs.
Work with operations partners across the value stream to execute on integrated business planning (IBP) deliverables and support supply chain planning and management
Lead, manage and / or participate in cross functional teams to ensure collaboration, alignment and full integration of all disciplines required to support successful plan execution and achievement of results.
Basic qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
7+ years with increasing responsibility in marketing and / or sales, with strong preference for medical device experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5+ years marketing and / or sales experience.
5+ years people management experience with proven ability to lead and motivate teams

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $156,000.00 - $234,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
