Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting

Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager

2+ years of audit work as an auditor in a CPA firm

Experience revamping accounting processes and technology

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
