You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Supervisor for the F-35 Quality Delivery Operations team, which is responsible for leading F-35 Product-Quality activities across multiple build areas. As the Multi-Functional Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Quality Inspection, Analysis, and Engineering capabilities to support the F-35 program. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading Quality activities across multiple build areas, including Aircraft Finishing Facility, Acceptance Test Facility, and Flight Operations.
• Serving as the primary Point of Contact for F-35 Delivery Operations Quality Teams and liaison between Production and DCMA Teams.
• Managing and leading Quality Control Analysts and Union-represented Quality Inspectors.
• Building and maintaining professional working relationships with teams across the F-35 program.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for process and product improvement across build areas.
