• Full Time schedule consisting of 5 shifts per week 7am-4pm, including Saturday & Sunday.
• JOB SUMMARYThe primary function of LVN is to provide direct and indirect support to the clinician in the delivery of patient care. The LVN prepares the exam room, chart, and patient to be seen by the practitioner and performs / implement orders for diagnostic tests.  Accurately administers medications, including immunizations, by all routes except IV. S / he routinely arranges outside referral appointments and provides patient education under the direction of the clinician when appropriate. The LVN acts as the lead nurse on the clinical team when co-assigned with a Medical Assistant.
