Responsibilities :

Manage B2B collections, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding invoices.

Process and code invoices accurately in compliance with company policies.

Handle account coding and reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.

Coordinate Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and oversee check runs.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries.

Maintain records of accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize accounts payable workflows.

Provide regular reports on payment statuses and collections progress.

Assist with special projects related to accounts payable as needed.

Requirements :

Proven experience in accounts payable processes and B2B collections.

Strong knowledge of invoice coding and account reconciliation.

Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and check processing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.

Previous experience in a contract-based role is a plus.
